Terms of service

1. About the service

RAZED provides personalised practice worksheets and learning feedback for 11+ and GCSE preparation. RAZED is independent of test providers, schools and exam boards, and does not provide official exam results or guarantee admission, marks or grades.

2. Automated systems

Automated systems are used to create worksheets, assess uploaded work and personalise subsequent practice. These systems can make mistakes. You should use the feedback as learning support, report material errors to support@razed.uk, and not rely on it as the sole basis for a high-stakes educational decision.

3. Accounts and children

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Parent accounts are intended for children under 16, who complete their work through the parent account. Student accounts for people under 16 remain restricted until a tutor invitation is accepted. Students aged 16 or over may manage their own learner account. Use only the learner's first name in their profile. Parents, guardians and tutors confirm that they have appropriate authority to provide information about each child they add.

4. Subscription and cancellation

The free trial includes one worksheet and its feedback without charge. Tutor trials apply to one subject for one student. Paid plan prices, billing periods and cancellation terms are shown before Stripe Checkout. Subscription management and cancellation are available through Stripe's hosted billing portal.

Consumers may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Where you ask us to begin supplying a service during that period, we may charge a proportionate amount for service already supplied where permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.

5. Unlimited and fair use

Unlimited means that no ordinary monthly worksheet quota applies. There may be one active worksheet per subject per learner. Parent accounts are for personal household learning. Registered tutor accounts may use worksheets and feedback with their own listed students, but neither account type may resell materials, redistribute them publicly, run bulk generation, share access with another business or use RAZED as a general question-bank supplier.

6. Turnaround target

For Essential plans, we aim to provide each worksheet or feedback report within 3 hours. For Exam Prep and Tutor Priority plans, the target is 30 minutes. The relevant target starts when a worksheet is requested or a legible, complete submission is uploaded. It may be paused where a file is unreadable, incomplete, unsafe, corrupt or requires information from you. Planned maintenance, events outside reasonable control and fair-use restrictions may also affect timing.

7. Uploads and intellectual property

You retain ownership of original material you upload. You give RAZED a limited licence to store, process and reproduce it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. RAZED worksheets and feedback are licensed for the learner's personal educational use and must not be republished, sold or used to train another service.

8. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect children, other users, the service or our legal rights. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Availability and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, RAZED is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss or for educational decisions made without appropriate professional judgment.

10. Changes and ending the service

We may change the service or these terms for security, legal, operational or product reasons. Material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.

11. Law and contact

RAZED is operated by Razvan Rusu, a sole trader. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections of the place where you live. Contact support@razed.uk with questions or complaints.
